Motor Control Centre HIL System — Embedded Integration
Designed and implemented a complete HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) system integrating a Siemens S7-300 PLC, STM32 Nucleo-F446RE microcontroller, and BeagleBone Black. Achieved real-time motor simulation with physics-based inrush current modelling, bidirectional Modbus TCP communication across 3 embedded systems, and a live web dashboard monitoring 8 motors at 100ms refresh.
Gas Turbine Depletion Compression — DCS Integration
Integrated Bently Nevada vibration monitoring with Yokogawa DCS for a depletion compression facility. Managed signal conditioning, alarm philosophy, and panel validation through FAT.
Turbine Control Upgrade — GE Mark VIe
Led the Factory Acceptance Test for a turbine panel upgrade to GE Mark VIe control architecture. Validated control logic, I/O checkout, and trip sequences against turbine OEM specifications.
Compressor Panel — RX3i PLC & SCADA
Designed and programmed GE RX3i PLCs for a dual-train compressor panel. Developed SCADA system for real-time monitoring, alarm management, and historian logging.
AutoCAD Drawing Automation — Excel-VBA Tool
Built an Excel-VBA driven AutoCAD automation tool that generates complete electrical drawing sets dynamically from a macro-driven BOM. Eliminated manual schematic drafting for repeating panel configurations.
